Unprofessional conduct and appaling service by 1st for Women Insurance

I requested for vehicle insurance and 30 hours later I was still waiting for the policy documents. When I called to ask why they haven't sent the docuements they kept referring to Nedbank. They transferred me and Nedback checked and denied any policy ever and that they dont work with FFW Insurance. It was disgusting service. To make matters worse they had already sent a Debicheck and foolishly I approved it. 35 hours later i am sitting with no insurance despite being conglatulated and welcomed. Its appaling service...beware!!!
