Unprofessional and Unreliable that will make you beg for your own money

We have taken out a event liability policy with them due to unforseen circumstances the event has been canceled. I have requested immediately for a refund and they told me they will refund me in 7days it's been over a month and a half and I'm still getting the run around everytime I call they tell me to wait 48hours. I am fedup with this company If no one wants to help me today I am taking a drive to their offices because I want my money back. My advise is to stay away from this company they not easy to deal with. I will escalate this and spread it all over social media until I get my money.
