Unprocessed Claim/ hideous expirience

<p>I insured my iPhone for almost two years, when i claimed i was told my phone was too expensive for them to replace for the amount i am paying which is R230. they told me it was under-insured and for that reason i needed to pay R850 for access and an Extra R1500 for them to give me the same phone i Insured. i find this so rediculous for a company that claims to make the life of us women easier. I want to warm every woman out there to think twice before deciding on an insurence.</p>
