Unpleased client

I took a comprehensive cover with 1st for women and the agent I spoke to said it will cost 700 and something. Then 1 day later it was changed to 900 and something. When I wanted them to fix my car they came up with excuses. Now they are busy sending me massages saying if my car is ****** or beyond repairs damage it won't be covered but the agent I spoke to said comprehensive cover means it covers everything.im so disappointed, Can I get suggestions for better insurances, I'm loosing hope in the insurance companies
