unpleasant experience with first for woman.

i had insurance with first for woman 3 years ago, during the time insured with first for woman i met an accident involving 3 vehicles my vehicle being the third vehicle involved, second vehicle involved which my insurance was suppose to claim was insured with first for woman same insurance as me and because of that i was told by first for woman to pay the access for my claim and they would claim my access from the driver but till to date i have never received my money back and first for woman has never sent me any communication the last time i spoke to the insurance company was 3 years ago regarding them fixing my vehicle after i paid them the access of R15 000 which i never got back till today.

i will never sign insurance with First for woman again.
