Unknowingly increased premium.

Received a phone call from their added value dept. asking if I’d be interested in getting a shortfall cover. My reply was that if they can review my current premium and manage to lower it I will be interested. After exactly a year of being a loyal customer my premium was increased by R200 without a quote, my consent, not even a ****** thread of correspondence. Thank you, but I think this relationship is nearing an end.
