Unhappy with turn around town with 1st for women and Ray Gieses Bodyshop in King William's Town

I had an accident on the 28 March 2025. I called the insurance for a claim and they assisted with the towing and courtesy car for 30 days. My car was towed to RAY GIESES BODYSHOP. The address 2 HARGREAVES AVENUE, KING WILLIAM'S TOWN on the same day of 28 March 2025 and this message was sent by the merchant on 1 April 2025. I received the courtesy car same day of 28 March 2025 and it was due back on the 27 April 2025. On the 10 April 2025 Europcar sent me a text to return the courtesy car by the 12 April 2025, and 30 days was not even reached yet. I had to call my insurance for them to explain what was happening. They assisted me with extending it for the next 15 days and spoke with Europcar. My issue is that today is the 17 April 2025, Ray Gieses Bodyshop has nor started with them repairing of the vehicle that was with them since 28 March 2025. My insurance is quiet and is not putting pressure on the merchant. Now the 27 April I have to return the courtesy car to Europcar, with a vehicle that has been sitting with the merchant for so long. They always say they are waiting for parts, yet VW is around South Africa even in East London and Port Elizabeth. Now I am being told the insured will not extend the car hire or courtesy car period even though my car will not be repaired by the time I have to return the courtesy car. The merchant at the side they are blaming 1st for Women for taking too long to approve for the quotes of repairing the car and parts that were needed. Now I am frustrated, because qst for women are relaxed and not putting pressure on the merchant and told me I will have to pay pit of my pocket if I need an extension and I need to negotiate with Ehripcar and not them.
