Unhappy with the level of service and being forced into accepting the result of my claim

I was involved in an accident on the 29th November with my vehicle. The car was badly damaged to a point that the tow track company suggested that the car will be written off especially with the airbags being deployed. I was surprised when my insurance called me about a week later to say the car will not be written off due to cost and the available parts. The car was then sent to a repair shop (also with bad reviews on hello Peter) , but at least was Hyundai approved... After still feeling uneasy I received a quote from the repair shop. I was surprised to see that the repair cost after discount and market value is a 75% difference after a discounted cost!!! By law because of this and the airbag deployment... THE CAR MUST BE WRITTEN OFF. This advice I received from Hyundai Somerset (where I purchased my vehicle) as well as a legal advisor at AA.

To make matters worse, the repair shop started stripping my car WITHOUT ME SIGNING the indemnity or release form. According to them they received authorization from first for woman and then decided to go ahead WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE.

Now I've been told as well that my airbags are on a 6 week waiting list... Which affects my mobility because I'm only being covered with a vehicle until the 29th of this month. That means I'll be without a car for a month. When I expressed my grievences to my consultant Ayanda Feri, I was still not able to dispute this matter and I will have to get my own rental vehicle with a "discount"... All this expenses while still paying for my vehicle and insurance installments even though I don't have my car!!!

I've been transfered over and over by consultants. I even got hold of the assessor and assessors manager but they cannot help me. All they say is that they cannot make the decision for management!!! Again, sending me in circle. If anyone in management can please help me and show me that you care (like you advertise on social media) then please help me.

I am VERY unhappy with the result of my claim as it will effect me in the long run. I am mostly disappointed at the lack of understanding and sympathy of 1st for woman.
