unhappy with service

<p>I joined first for woman was but I gave account numbers to debit my account gave them incorrect banking details. Kept on calling the insurance company to check why are they not debiting my account they kept on saying it's returning back to them. I called 3 times no one took an initiative to confirm my numbers up until the owner of the account call the insurance to check why are they debiting her account only to find that I am the one who gave incorrect details. I apologised and a ked them to update with the correct details and they refused to update they said it's ***** they are cancelling my insurance. Then they cancelled and I joined another insurance the problem is now I want to change insurance and I can't be case they said I am a ********* I don't knw how and not Miway can't insure me. I want first for woman to apologise to me and write me letter saying that I did not coming ***** with them. If they don't I am going to take legal actions against the company. I can they declare me as a ********* with any proof of ***** am going to request all the telephone records that I had with them. I am so furious this is deformation of character.
