Unhappy Customer

I am very disappointed with first for women's claim services. I was involved in an accident 3 weeks ago which was a third parties fault, we have provided all information to the insurance whereby they can request the camera footage from the centre where the accident happened which they have not even done yet. I am following up with them daily to give me feedback with no luck. The worst is that the third party is insured with them as well. Not a happy customer.
