Unhappy client. Bad service!

I’m really unhappy with the service I have received this far from this company. I called in requesting to cancel my insurance with them, the retentions agent promised to call me back in 20 mins and she never called me. The service is the other problem I have which gives me more reasons to actually cancel. This is definitely not worth me staying!! Im really unhappy and can’t wait to have this cancellation done!!!
