Unhappy client

I've got the worst experience from the 1st for women scratch and dent cover, when you 1st get the cover they will sell you dreams, then once you make your 1st claim they will decline it, then when you wanna make another claim they never respond to emails even when you request for a call back you will never get it... That time I was told I have unlimited claims and I must report each and every little scratches I get... But when I tried following instructions they never got back to me but they keep on taking my money
