unhappy client

This company always does something to disappoint me. On Friday the 11th of December they tried to deduct the December premium twice of which it bounced. On saturday they took the money I had in my account & quickly returned it. On Friday I sent them an email asking what is happening because they are supposed to deduct on the 15th of every month. They rep**** by saying they will call me back but no one did even now. My bank sent me an sms about a debit order that couldn't go through because of insufficient funds twice today. I need explaination because I sent you two emails already today but you never rep**** because all you care about is OUR MONEY. I am still not happy with my monthly premium after being with you for 3 years without claiming & you still tell me I can't get the cash back bonus which is something new to me. Treat your clients nicely because I can pay less than that R908 elsewhere but I know you don't care if I leave or not. Do your job please because I pay you every month. I hope this is the last time I report you here
