Unhappy claim

I was very unhappy with the service yesterday evening, I was stuck at work and requested road assistance from 1st for women. There was no communication between me and that consultants, I had to be the one calling the insurance asking for updates. I was spend a whole hour waiting for a tow truck and had to be the one calling the driver only to find out that the driver cancelled the claim, because he was too far. I had to call the insurance again, because no communication, a new driver was booked, but still he was 20mins out, this was 20:00pm at night. No one cared to call and ask about my safety. I had to make means to call my husband to come tow me, because insurance is not playing its part. Why am I paying you guys if you not going to assist me efficiently. I’m really not happy with the service I got yesterday.
