I have been with first for women since April this year and I have found that they take forever to answer any of your queries. I sent an email to them on Tuesday already and I have not had any response from them at all. I even told them that I would be contacting you and still no response. I have never had such poor service from an insurance company like I have had from them in the last five months. I am very disappointed in this.
