Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, i had to cancel my policy and put it under my mothers policy

Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, i had to cancel my policy and put it under my mothers policy. When i was put through to Retensions,i was treated with such respect and understanding, i never had a bad experience in the last 3 years and i have successfully claimed,it was sad to part ways but they completely understood and was extremely kind,even though we said good bye ,it was on good terms and will definitely join their team again in the next 12 months..... THANKS FOR THE GOOD WISHES ON MY HEALTH and for making me feel alot better about the situation
