Unfaithful and Horrible experience.

<p>My name is Vincent Mathlobanaga and me and my wife we have trusted First for Women as our insurer for our Polo vivo trendline 2010 model. Policy no ********** 73.Which my wife Maria Moche is policy holder and I am listed as the second driver to the vehicle. On the 23rd of July I was involved in an incident and I had to be towed. I then called my insurer trusting to get help from them as I am their client. After calling them they opened a claim for me and they send their towing truck from Chidi chidi towing in Mokopane as this incident happened between Vaalwater and Marken. They towed my car and they told me that it will be taken to Mokopane to their asses center as it is the nearest one and they will call me after 10 days which will be on the second of August. They never called and my wife phoned them on the 4th and they told her that it is booked to be assessed on the 10th as it was the closest date they could find. They only called us on the 13th and told us that out its a write off as the money to fix it exceeds its market price,so they will have to sell it and pay the rest to NFC which we still owe if we decide to continue with the claim. They told us it was assessed by Huggo Massyn which it amounted to R137443.76. Then we asked for our car back so that we can fix it ourselves,they told us it was in Mokopane at Gilrtpertsons panel beaters and we asked for time to go fetch it and they send us an Email saying we have untill 22/08/2016 to fetch it after we pay storage fee. On the 22 while on my way to fetch it I decided to call first the panel beater and I was surprised to be told by Angela that my car was realesed to CW Towing on the 12th as it was instructed by my insurance as they said it was a writte off it was going for Auction without our permission as the owners. I then called CW Towing spoke to Amanda who told me the car was in their possession but they can't release it to me as it owes storage fee and that I need to call my insurance about it. I then called my insurance spoke to Nina who opened my claim and told me my car was supposed to be in Mokopane at Gilrtpertsons panel beaters as per the telephonic discussion and Email sent to me, she then told me that she will check with towing department to check who authorised it to leave Mokopane. She then phoned me after 10 mins and told me that my car is now in Polokoane in Auction nation no 31 Roterpoort currently on Auction. When I ask her how could they do that without our permission she could not give me answers she just told me to go fetch it in Polokoane she gave me the numbers of Belinda that I should call her to arrange to go pick it up and that she also send here the release papers, she also gave me this as a ref no TELHH422 to quote it whn I call Belinda in Auction Nation. I then called Belinda who confirmed that my car is ther in Polokoane currently on Auction. So what I fail to realise how can First For Women decide to Auction my car without my concern after me and them agreed that I will be fetching it but they do as they please and move it and it end up in Auction. I am so ****ed of their service as I have trusted them as my insurer. As I write this I am also preparing legal actions against them.</p>
