Unfairness

Im a bit disappointed with how my claim have been handled, lady by the name of Monica have been assisting me but since I asked for damage report she went awol on me even when i call and asked to be transferred to her she's always on a call and she cant even get back to me, its really frustrating to want something and the insurer wants to reap you off
