Unfair treatment
On the 22of June I report phone that was on working then submitted claim , he ask me to take pictures of the phone and the slip for phone fortunately I got the slip I believe he wanted proof of how much I bought the phone, on the 5th claim approved what is shocking me is that they bought phone that is less than the amount that I paid for different 1000 also they want me to pay full access meanwhile they ****** me 1000

03 Sept 2024, 21:27Firt for women gave me A52 Samsung that phone was released on 20 21 with the value of 8450 they decided give while my phone that I insured with them was A72 price was 8999 ,I ask them why don't you give the same phone or give the money of the value of phone response from them was they can't do that. On top of it access 1850 meanwhile first for women didn't give me the amount of money that I took insurance for my phone. I cancelled insurance with because I felt first for women is not ryt ,consult for. The bank told me that first for women block me for reversing my money.
