Unfair excess

This company is too good to be true, almost paying 4 years of my premiums without defaulting but for the first time I submit a claim then I am told am gonna pay double my excess for one incident, as if money grows on trees,my car was not even accessed but already am being told about additional charges,I can imagine if it was accessed, I would have expected more charges. I even agreed to an excess amount that was not even quoted on my contract, I regret the day I switched from standard bank insurance to FFW as standard bank is the best, I switched to FFW thinking it puts women first clearly I was wrong, what it does is to put women down, but now I know.
