Unfair declined claim

Items were ****** from my car which I believe it was a remote jamming. Unfortunate my claim was declined because there is no sign of forcefully entry. Seriously? must we ask ******* to atleast break windows so that insurance approve my claim?I lost a laptop and gym bag First for woman failed me. Do I take this matter to insurance ombudsman or what?
