First for women is sending my mother messages about a debt order date that they are changing for 3 days prior to the agreed date in the contract. My mother and brother are ill and do not need the unnecessary stress. My mom agreed on a specific date with her insurer because it is obviously around her pay date. The insurance has no right to change debit order dates when/as they please. They need to rectify this on the system because the 25th is not a public holiday therefore there is no reason for the debit order to go off 3 days earlier.
