I am currently busy with a third party claim. I am struggling to drive my car all because of their client. I've submitted all the paperwork they've requested about a week ago. Yesterday this idiot informed me that they require a sworn statement from a witness. Why did you not initially ask me this along with all the other documents. Your client gave me the claim number because she acknowledged that she was in the wrong.

02 Nov 2018, 19:45These people are just as ********* as their client. Even though they know their client's version of the accident is not logical or practical. We got a witness as per their request and conveniently two days later their client had a witness as well and they refuse to share any details of this allegedly bogus witness. They will stand by their immoral client who agreed to pay for damages on the day of the accident. Insurance companies like this one will do anything not to pay for damages. God will deal with you and your lying client. I'm not someone to wish bad upon others but I wish your client would end up in the same situation one day.
