Undue delays on my claim.

11 days after I submitted my claim for a cellphone with I unfortunately lost I am informed that my claim has been referred to a Senior consultant. My question is why was this not done before 11 days has lapsed? How long must a wait to be provided with an outcome of this claim? Its either you reject or pay this claim. Stop wasting both our time.

This is my second review on the same claim due to the delay. The claim is delayed unnecessarily. Its either you reject and pay a claim. Guys just pick one so that we can continue with our lives.

The whole experience is frustrating.
