Underwriting not done .RUN bad bad company

I had the worst experience with first for women.They really don't take care of their policy holders and I'm encouraging everyone to move/run from this insurance company before its too late .RUN!!! So I had 4 claims and first for women incorrectly duplicated the claims on their system at such an extent that it reflected as 7-8 claims on their system.So I received a call after I submitted my claim from Chris Olivier and he said that they are giving me 30 days to get another insurance company do to my 7-8 claims (which they duplicated).

After calling and investigating on my side I informed him that the information is incorrect he just went amended the information on the letter and forwarded it to me.I asked him how is it possible you guys said I'm a risk at 7-8 claims which was incorrectly duplicated on your side why at 4 am i still getting this letter.I eventually asked him to communicate with the underwriters as it needs to undergo new underwriting after each claim and he said the decision still remains but he's refusing to give me the bases of that decision from the underwriters.Why at 7 they underwrite and sees a risk whiles they made a mistake so they didn't even bother checking if the claims were correctly captured/recorded and at 4 it has no impact on the underwriting.There is no way on earth .

A loss adjuster generated this letter it is really like dealing with a lost person in this regard.

Ffw is just disappointing and not living up to their standards.

I asked all of my friend and family members that I referred to them to cancel immediately and all of them totally agrees with there poor service.
