Undelivered Service

I reported my accident on the 20 May 2024. Today is the 12 June 2024 and my matter is still unresolved. This is my 1st claim since I joined, total of 9 years (religiously paid all my premiums), however I had a different insurance for a short space of time. I made numerous calls and sent follow up emails but my concerns are falling on deaf ears I'm always promise that I will receive a call as my query reached the turnaround, however it's all just empty promises. Matters have been escalated but up till now, I received no feedback. I'm disgusting at this putrid service.
