Unauthorized increase in premium
I would like to inquire who gave FFW permission to increase the premium of my car insurance? It was increased by more than R70, without my consent. Nothing about my policy has changed and I was completely unaware of this. I will be canceling my service with you in the morning and have my car insured with a reliable and reputable company. This is **************** and outright theft. Disgusting behaviour.
