Unauthorized debit orders...

I have an insurnasanace with 1st for Woman, we aggred on a debit order date for the 20th of every month but they always debit boefee the 20th why? Today the 8th of Jan first for woman debits me again, these people are very *********. Why debit my account without contacting me, who has mkney on the 8th of Jan? You surely don't have respect for your clients. Some reputable companies like vodam they debit the next day if it's a holiday or a weekend, why can't First for Woman adopt that? Put your house in order please.
