Unauthorized Debit Order

Hi, First For Woman debited my account after I cancelled the policy. I had purchased a vehicle and they had a broker call me, she advised First For Woman will call me, I then spoke to a guy, who I asked to email me the quotation and I asked him if my account will be debited before I collect the vehicle, he said no. I still have not received any policy documents or even a quotation and yet my account has been debited. I did call and email the following day to cancel this policy before it was actioned as the dealership advised that I can use my current insurance company, as long as the vehicle is insured before I drive off their premises. I called a number of times and was transfer to so many people and given another number to call, I eventually got the policy cancelled but was told an agent will call me to confirm, please note I still haven't received a call, now I see money has been taken from me even though I cancelled. I want a full refund as I need this money to pay my existing insurance company. I will take this further if this matter is not resolved and the money is not back into my account by the end of the week.
