Unauthorised debit order

I activates by policy on the 18th March 2023. I was told by the agent that my first debit order will be a prorata rate will be debited on the 28th March 2023. I checked to see the balance of my account and found that First For Woman debited the pro rata rate on the 18th march 2023 and my next debit ordee date is scheduled for the 28th march 2023 for the full amount. What **** **** is this happening. I want my money to be refunded and this error to be rectified or i will cancel.my policy effective immediately.
