UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I am so disappointed with 1st for women. I called in for a quote, and next I get an sms from 1st for women about a debit order that didn't go through. SMS was saying I must make payment. I call them to cancel this policy because all I ever wanted was a quote not a policy. They promised to have canceled it and after 2 weeks later another debit order from 1st for women that I am not aware of. We know the economy is not doing well but what you are doing is theft and ****************. I wish never to deal with them again.This is messing up our credit score......do they even think of that. People we are all hungry
