UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
Last month I was looking for the best insurance policy, I called a hippo who gave me a list of companies and 1 of them was first for women, I spoke to the consultant clearly that I'm looking for the best policy in terms of price and cover. She took my details during the conversation, including my banking details, I clearly told her that I wasn't signing up for anything yet, I only need a quote. Shockingly on the 1st of June there were 4 debit orders from my bank account, and my bank confirmed that it's 1st for women and they would charge me R60-00 to reverse all of them, I immediately consulted 1st for women, they promised to reverse the money, shockingly on the 10th of June only 2 debit orders were reversed and don't know how they are expecting me to get the money from the order 2 debit orders. kindly return all my money promptly and note that you've really inconvenienced me, the cost of living is too high and I cannot afford to donate any cents to 1st for women, even if I had to do so, but your action is highly ********* and strictly unacceptable, especially for you, who claim to make life easy for women. I've just understood that it's just a slogan you've inconvenienced my life.
