Unauthorised debit order

On the 23rd March 2024 1st for Women decided to deduct my monthly installment early before the agreed date which the lead to me incurring charges because there were not enough funds on my account. I called requesting a refund. they asked me to send them my bank statement which I did. on the 4th April 2024 15:54 I called to follow up on my refund. I was told they are not happy with the format of the bank statement. I resent my bank statement on PDF the format they requested. Ritonde nelufule confirmed the Sizwe received my bank statement and said he he has escalated the matter and could get my renfund the next Friday which is the 12 April 2024 but if it doesnt come through I should have my money by the 19 April 2024 which will be the 14th day as per FFW procedure. today it is the 23 April I still have not received my money.

I called yesterday the 22 April 2024 Kelello asked me to resend my bank statement that I sent on the 4th April 2024 I was told I have to wait until end of the week to receive my refund. I was on the phone for over an hour but I no one was coming with a solution. Ritonde refued to let me speak to anyone higher them him. He said no one was available. I took him over 30 minutes to come to the call. I ask Kelello if he could ask Ritonde to come to the call as he is the one who promised that the refund will be done. it took him over 30 minutes to come the phone. Obviously I wasn't important enough to him. He took his time.
