Unaceptable service

On 16/08/2016 we had an incident on the R55 and sustained damage to a vehicle.

I registered a claim online after receiving an SMS notification from 1st For Women Insurance.

On 18/08/2016 @ 13h08 a gentlemen called me from the insurer and then after a bad line transferred me to Michelle Mathobela. One of the callers told me claims can only be done via a telcon call and not on the internet.

I however received an SMS from + ********** ********** 01 @ 18h04, "We would like to confirm that your 1st for Woman claim has been registered. Your claim number is ******x"

I called ********** 001 on 19/08/2016 @ 12h47 and spoke to Nerissa. I told her about the previous caller and that I already received notification to take my vehicle for an assessment in Menlyn on Saturday the 20th of August. She advised that she cannot give me any information unless I answer a few questions. I thank her and dropped the call. On 22/08/2016 @ 14h40 we received an SMS, from + ********** ********** 3 "Dear Client, your vehicle is booked for 2016/09/14 at 08h15 at Auto Magic Centurion, Jet Building A1, 2180 Theron Street, Lyttleton Manor Ext. 8, Centurion ********** 003".

I called in again to confirm and spoke to Zyanda, who transferred me to Raeessa Mohammed. Someone mentioned SASRIA and I did not understand it although I previously heard something about it. On 23/08/2016 @ 12h10 I received another SMS from + ********** ********** 56 "Auto Magic is responsible for your vehicle repairs and will keep you informed. Call ********** 585 if you have any queries. First For Woman Insurance"

I called again on 25/08/2016 @ around 08h57 and spoke to Baseka. I told him I did not receive any emails and was not sure what Auto Magic was going to do, did not know if they are Audi approved aand asked for their SASRIA advisor. He promised to email me an assessment report, which he did and transferred me to Martia Montgomery. She told me that SASRIA claims does not have an excess if I claim directly from SASRIA, but through 1st For Woman Insurance an excess app****. She also gave me the contact details fro SASRIA. I also asked her to speak to a manager.

A manager called me at 10h29 on 25/08/2016 Ryan Kiften. HE was not briefed and read me the message to contact me. He also confirmed that there is no excess on a SASRIA claim. He was going to liten to the call recordings and call me back. Jeremy Geldenhuis a senior advisor called me back on 14h29 on 25/08/2016 to advise that Ryan is busy and asked him to call and advise that he is still waiting for the voice recordings which can take up to 24 hours.

On 26/08/2016 at around 14h55 Martia Montgomery clled again and said she was asked to contact me, I asked her to transfer me to Ryan Kiften, but it was just ringing. I asked her to leave a message for Ryan to contact me urgently.

I am still waiting for feedback.
