Unacceptable Service & Unfair Claim Rejection – First for Women

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from First for Women regarding my recent claim.

I submitted a claim over two months ago. After initially hearing nothing for several days, I was contacted by a consultant who informed me that I would receive a WhatsApp request to submit photos of the damage to my vehicle. During this call, I specifically asked whether there would be any issue if I only submitted the photos about a week later, due to the weekend. I was clearly told that this would not be a problem, as all communication and records were already logged on their system.

However, after I eventually received the WhatsApp request and submitted the photos a week later, my claim was rejected on the basis that the photos were submitted “too late.” This directly contradicts what I was advised by their own consultant.

I then contacted First for Women again and spoke to another consultant who assisted me in resubmitting all the required information. That was two weeks ago — and since then, I have received absolutely no feedback.

I have:

-Sent multiple emails with no response -Requested call-backs that never happened -Sent messages via the app with no reply -Attempted to call, only to be met with an extremely frustrating and ineffective voice prompt system

At this point, I am left completely in the dark with no resolution, no communication, and no accountability.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Not only was my claim unfairly rejected based on incorrect information provided by their own staff, but the complete lack of follow-up and customer support is shocking.

I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be recommending First for Women to anyone.

Good day Luka,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you have encountered during your claims process — this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.

We are especially concerned to hear that you were given conflicting information regarding the submission of your documents, and that this ultimately led to your claim being rejected. We also regret the lack of follow‑up and communication thereafter, which understandably added to your dissatisfaction.

Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously, and we would like the opportunity to investigate this matter thoroughly and assist in resolving it.

Once again, we apologize for your experience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to improving our processes and service delivery.

Kind regards,
