Unacceptable service - Claims

I have contacted your call centre numerous times and I have gotten no feedback or progress. Each time I am told that I will be contacted and each time I find myself waiting on a call that does not come.<br> I have spoken to over 4 different people ( Wayne, Tim, Sharief ) each person promising to get my claim processed and to give me feedback within 24hours and still nothing. <br> Frustrated/angry is not the words I would use to describe how I feel right now.<br> My car was towed by a \ 1st for women approved"towing company. They towed it from the front instead of placing it on a flatbed . The actual accident damage I was MINIMAL ( middle grille was cracked)"
