Unacceptable service and terrifying experience

This is the first review I have ever done as I’m not usually ever this shocked. But please be careful. I simply signed up for a quote on their 1st For Women website. Then I get this call that lasts over an hour where I felt interrogated and uncomfortable because I was asked questions such as how many doors and windows I have, my alarm security company, my partner’s ID details, our precise address to the point of describing where the door is, how many neighbors we have, what the most valuable thing I own is, how much money I make, where I go daily, how many hours I’m out of my house. During all of this I felt uncomfortable and even violated, but what really did it for me was when the woman asked for my BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS. I told her I don’t feel okay giving them up on the phone; even our banks say that they would never ask you for such details, and she literally just said “no, listen, think about it, it’s so much safer than EFT because you can trust me”. ***? And then I called 1st For Women the next morning to report her and I got vague replies like “thank you for letting us know ma’am”. I asked them to ensure my personal data is removed off their systems and the recorded call be deleted and kindly requested they follow up but of course no one did. Then about a month later I got two other calls from their sales persons saying they see I wanted a quote and offering me random discounts and specials etc. I of course declined and said I’m no longer interested. And yet I still get SMS ads from them. Utterly disgusting service, at best I feel absolutely unsafe and violated, at worst some of their employees are ********. Unbelievable.
