Unacceptable service

I had reviewed my policy with them on the 31st of January 2019, with a new premium. At no point was I told that there would be another review that would increase my premium by approx. R600 per month in the next month (1 April 2019). After holding on for 25mins the new premium is still R300 more than my previous premium. The agent Robyn James was going to look into it again and call me back, and did not. I call back after more than an hour holding for another 15 mins and still listening to their music. No help whatsoever.
