Unacceptable Service
On the 08 Sep 2017, I requested change of address, ********** 3#. No info on the policy should be changed unless authorised by the client! I was involved in a hit and run, so a claim needed to be put through in Dec 17, I was then informed NO car hire option is reflecting on my policy. In July my policy reflected with car hire, after a simple address change my car hire gets removed without my authorisation. I am extremely annoyed with First For woman car insurance and the call centre agents obviously have no idea what they are doing!!! I recieved a call in late Jan and my car hire was added back on but now im told I cant get a vehicle because of their mistake!!!
