unacceptable non payment to netstar.
When I took out insurance from ffw I was told that I had to get netstar fitted and their fee would come out of the monthly debit order for the insurance. Today I get a call from Blake and associates to say that I have been handed over to them for non payment. I wasn't even aware that it wasn't being paid. I tried to call ffw but the number on the website \does not exist."I am incredibly disappointed as I have always rated ffw very highly. This however is going to affect my credit rating and is completely unacceptable. Ffw needs to sort this out ASAP before I take my business elsewhere. I am aware that this seems to be a problem as im not the first person to raise this very issue on hellopeter"""
