Unacceptable - no help - dont care about loyal clients

First for woman has really been noting but horrible. I asked for a quote for my house and car as I moved to a new house on 1 July 2020. They quoted and after paying my first premium, I get an email saying it will go up on 1 August 2020 - only 1 month later, how is that possible. When phoning to ask whats going on, they tell me my original quote is incorrect and the price that will be deducted is even more, the email they sent me with my quote is oncorrect and the system shows its more, when quering this and saying it cannot be true, I get told "Its the system" They never take responsibility or try and help clients, you always get the same answer, "Its the system". Other companies gave their clients a payment break or reduced premiums due to lockdon and no one drib=ving for 3 motnhs, I am working from home and my car isn't moving but my premium has increased twice in this time. This is unacceptable. And onto on the increase, they also increased my excess, so A HIGHER PREMIUM AND HIGHER INCREASE but my car has depreciated in value and Im working from home and not driving. They don't even try and help or accommodate their clients. Ive been an existing clients for years and always pay my premium on time and this is how they treat me??? I am 32 years old, have had uninterrupted insurance since 2006 when I turned 18, my car is a 2012 ford figo and Ive been claim free for 3 years and they quote me over R700 for my car alone. My fiancé is a foreigner, 27 years old, has a Mercedez Benz and her insurance is lees then mine at a different company. How is this possible? And don't give me the "Its the system" answer. They are not helpful in trying to get the premium down for a loyal customer. They only care about their money and not about their customers. I will make sure everyone knows how badly Ive been treated and Ill make sure they don't support First For Woman again.
