Unable to cancel policies despite repeated requests

I have a been a first for women customer for over 5 years and havent had any major issues with them in the past. However we have recently moved to Australia and thus I dont need any further insurance in South AFrica - I have tried to get my policies cancelled via email Despite a very clear initial email, I first received a mail to say 'further information' was required and that I should contact the telephone number provided. I rep**** to say that I did not feel more information was neccessary- I want to cancel all policies, with immediate effect - and certainly was not going to waste an overseas call to do so. I then received various difference emails, some requesting 'further informaion', some assuring me that my policy would be cancelled, from 1 November. Unfortunately due to the appalling coordination and service, it seems that this still hasnt been done - as the debit order amount as gone off again in November.

I would like this is to be sorted as soon as possible. I also want that last debit order refunded - if the policies had simply been cancelled when I requested, then I wouldnt have to write this complaint . I understand that there is an notice period required, but this was not made clear to me. Better communication would have avoided all this wasted time on my part.
