I'm so disappointed in the service. Where do I start everyone please do not sign up with 1st for woman they pathetic they lie and hide fine print, sale agent signed me up for pet insurance telling me that my pet will be under cover for the 01/01/25 if payment is received happy go lucky I said yes, now that I wanted to put a claim through apparently there's a waiting period for 30 days which was not discussed with me as I wouldn't of signed up, now upon canceling they still want another premium as to the first payment was done already bunch of *****S please don't sign up with them
