Uhappy about 1st for woman customer service
Dear 1st for Woman, its getting tiring that one has to fight each time a claim is submitted (tyre and rim). what will happen the day I get into a major accident have to claim from the main insurance?
I have been with 1st for Woman for over 3 years, have never claimed once for my main insurance rather tyres(once a year) which is under "scratch and dent cover". what saddens me is that I pay my premiums each month, let week on the 3rd I scratched my rim and accidentally damaged my rim. this morning, Ms Thato Balebetse contacted me to inform me that my claim cannot be approved until I pay my monthly preemies on the 15th November. meaning I must handle the stress of driving with a damaged rim which has a slow puncture. question is-what have I been paying for all these years or months if forthcoming premium musts be deducted before you can accommodate my claim?
Submitted the claim on the 3rd of November 2023,however I am told to wait until the 15th of November(3 weeks) before my claim can be attended

Today is the 7th November 2023,i made 3 follow up calls to your consultant mentioned in my previous complain, I'm still to receive her communication and it is now 16:00
- I sent a quotation yesterday at 15:05(she never communicated)
- I sent another email today at 13:05,it is now 16:03 and she hasn't returned my email nor call.
- I called 3 times and her colleague-Michael received my further communication and assured me she will contact me soonest.
-mind me, my claim was submitted on the 3rd of November and today it is the 7th of November.
