Two weeks later still no phone
I have been a client for over a month now. Two weeks ago my phones' screen broke and I phoned the call centre. It was a bit of a hassle to get my claim in but eventually it was logged. I then got a call from a lady from Admin plus telling me they going to collect the phone and once she has received it she will then call me again. Indeed the phone was collected. Till this day the lady never called me again but when I phoned Admin plus they promised me that she will definitely call me this was on Tuesday 01 December 2015. I'm appalled by the way you treat your clients but when it comes to debits you do not hesitate. Please put the energy you had when you were still pestering us to being your clients.
