TV claim.

I reported my TV on the 25th of March and I am the one who was,doing follow up. They collected it on the 28th and still no one was giving me an update I am tge 9ne who was calling none stop. I received an email from Sifiso who was handling the claim saying that the settlement will be R7499 for 50" Sansui and the access will be R3750 and the payout was R3749. Where will I get a 50" for that price? I am soooo disappointed and obviously I am canceling all my policies with you.
