TURN AROUND TIME AND POOR FEEDBACK
I called in on Monday with my claim. Then was told yesterday after several call from MY SIDE that they are rejecting my claim as the aircon I had installed in my RENTING home is part of the building. After I compained again then they said they will look into the matter. Then today the entire day my mails are being read and IGNORED by Natasha Dail and Naroesha the Manager is \busy". This is pathetic. Sure there is a turnaround time and this could have neem sorted out ages ago."""
