Trying to cancel my policy.

I've been trying to Contact First for women, via email and calling them, to cancel my policy, but I have no Joy. They continuously transfer me to the wrong departments!!! They debit my account, leaving me with additional costs. This is very frustrating. Who is going to compensate me for the losses I've incurred because of your staffs incompetence????? This is a whole lot of BS honestly.
