Treated Unfairly

After being a client for first for women for more than 8years I was treated unfairly. I know what they do to quote us premiums. I changed my address and their consultant Fazel wrongly captured my address, when I received a schedule I realised that he didn't change the full address and already my premium went up and when I told them to fix their mistake my premium went up again in a day. One of the ladies who work with him told me that other mistakes he did on my policy. I then called asking them to review their mistake. The Supervisor/Manager Dwen didn't want to take responsibility even after they know they were at wrong. First for women don't practice TCF and they are rude their review department.
