Travel 2 hours for a quotation

I Have home content coverage.

I recently phoned because my washing machine is broken. A company phoned me, only to tell me they need to fetch my washing machine in WITBANK and take it to KRUGERSDORP for a quotation! How ridiculous is that????

I insist that a company from Witbank must come and and do the quotation at my house! How can I trust anyone with my machine 2 hours away from my house and what happens if it gets damaged with all the transport???
